The socket bend is mainly made of round steel or ingot moulding forging, and then a high-voltage elbow pipe connecting fitting is made by lathe machine. It is a kind of forging socket pipe fitting. Co
There are many things to pay attention to when using and maintaining stainless steel elbows, and users need to use them according to certain methods, using and maintaining them in an accurate and fair manner. The precautions are as follows:
1. Stainless steel elbows that have been stored for a long time should be inspected regularly. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean, cleaned of dirt, and stored neatly in a ventilated and dry place indoors. Stacking or outdoor storage is strictly prohibited. Always keep the stainless steel elbow dry and ventilated, keep the container clean and tidy, and store it according to accurate storage methods.
2. When installing, the stainless steel elbow can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method and installed according to the position of use. In general, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline, but it needs to be easy to operate and inspect. Note that the flow direction of the medium in the stainless steel elbow should be upward from the bottom of the longitudinal valve disc, and the stainless steel elbow can only be installed horizontally. When installing stainless steel elbows, attention should be paid to sealing to prevent leakage and affect the normal operation of the pipeline.
3. When using stainless steel elbow ball valves, globe valves, and gate valves, they should only be fully open or fully closed, and should not be used to regulate flow to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. There is a reverse sealing device inside the gate valve and upper threaded globe valve. The handwheel can be turned to the * * * position and tightened to prevent medium leakage from the packing.
4. Stainless steel elbows should be handled with a handwheel. Do not use leverage or other tools to avoid damaging the valve components. Turning the handwheel clockwise indicates closure, and vice versa indicates opening. When using it, it is important to be fair and ensure accurate usage methods and techniques.
5. The bolts of the stainless steel elbow valve packing cover should be tightened evenly and should not be pressed into a crooked state to avoid damage, obstruction of valve stem movement, or leakage.
6. Stainless steel elbows should be kept clean regularly during use, and the transmission threads must be lubricated on schedule. If any faults are found, they should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate the fault.
